Yes — every room block has a cut-off date. The room block will close 30 days prior to the block's arrival date. After that date, unreserved rooms are released to general inventory and the group rate will no longer be available, so we recommend reminding guests to book early.

Can guests access wedding room block rates if they arrive a day early or extend their stay?

Yes - Many guests extend their stay to explore Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell and Old City's restaurants and boutiques. We can usually offer the group rate for additional nights before and after the wedding, subject to availability.

Can guests choose different room types within the room block, adjoining or nearby rooms?

Yes. Your block can include a mix of room categories — from spacious, design-forward guest rooms and suites — so guests can choose what suits them, subject to availability within the block. Guests are welcome to request adjoining, connecting, or nearby rooms when they book. We'll do our best to accommodate, though room locations can't be guaranteed until check-in.

Dates and availability will dictate terms and payments required to secure a block. No deposit is required by guests to book rooms within the block.
